Resolutions That Matter: Making Compassion a 2026 Commitment

Every new year arrives with promises.
To eat better. To work harder. To become healthier, happier, more successful.

But what if, in 2026, we made a resolution that didn’t end with us?

What if we chose compassion not as a momentary emotion, but as a commitment?

At True Impact Foundation, we believe the most meaningful resolutions are the ones that quietly change lives. The kind that don’t demand attention, but create lasting impact.

This year, we invite you to turn kindness into action by supporting causes that protect the voiceless, shelter the abandoned, and heal those the world has forgotten.

1. When Compassion Began With a First-Aid Kit and a Promise

Eight years ago, the founders of Naman & Welfare Trust had no ambulance.
No shelter.
No them.
Just a small first-aid kit and the determination to stop every time they saw a dog in pain.

In those early days, injured dogs were treated right where they lay—on busy roads, in narrow lanes, under parked cars. Broken legs, deep wounds, infections—whatever could be done with limited resources, was done with limitless care.

But as time passed, the suffering grew heavier.

Road accident victims who couldn’t walk again.
Paralysed dogs abandoned by their families.
Animals who needed weeks, sometimes months, of medical care.

What began as on-the-spot aid slowly evolved into a lifelong mission—to not just rescue, but rehabilitate. Today, their work stands as a reminder that big movements often begin with the smallest acts of courage.

Your donation helps provide medical care, recovery support, and dignity to injured animals who cannot ask for help.

2. Aashiyana: When Rescue Turned Into a Healing Home

Aashiyana by Naman & Welfare Trust was built on one powerful belief that no injured or abandoned animal should be left to suffer on the streets of Delhi.

Over the years, this belief turned into action:
1, A dedicated rescue team
2, An ambulance service
3, A shelter that became home to accident victims, paralysed dogs, and animals left behind when they needed care the most

But even as dogs were being saved every day, another silent suffering revealed itself.

The team repeatedly came across injured monkeys electrocuted on live wires, hit by speeding vehicles, attacked by dogs, or orphaned after losing their mothers. Each case was heartbreaking. And yet, without specialised infrastructure or training, the team could only watch helplessly.

Then tragedy struck, changing everything.

It became the turning point that pushed them to dream bigger. To expand their compassion beyond limitations. To prepare for those lives that were once beyond reach.

Your support helps Aashiyana grow its capacity to rescue, treat, and protect animals who have nowhere else to go.

3. Where One Man’s Loss Became a Lifeline for 43 Forgotten Children

Hidden in the heart of the city is a shelter few people know about Dev Anand Divyang Ashram.

It is home to 43 mentally and physically challenged children, all once abandoned on the streets. Children who were forgotten long before they were found.

Its founder, Dev Anand, never planned to become a saviour.

When his wife passed away, he lost everything his partner, his stability, his sense of direction. Instead of support, he was met with cruelty. People told him her death was punishment. That he was cursed.

In the depths of that grief, Dev Anand found purpose.

He chose to transform his pain into protection for children who had no one to fight for them. What began as personal loss slowly became a refuge, a home, and a second chance for dozens of vulnerable lives.

Today, the ashram survives on compassion, community support, and the belief that every child deserves care, dignity, and love.

Your donation helps provide food, medical care, and a safe home for children who were once left to survive alone.

A Resolution That Truly Matters

You don’t need to start an NGO.
You don’t need to change the whole world.
Sometimes, all it takes is choosing to stand with those who already are.

This 2026, let your resolution be more than a promise to yourself.
Let it be a commitment to compassion for animals in pain, children without families, and lives that depend on quiet acts of kindness.

Because when you give through the True Impactt Foundation, your resolution becomes someone else’s hope.
Make compassion your 2026 commitment.
